What to Expect
Bi-weekly Live Sessions
Sessions will be conducted online with times to be announced. Recordings of each session will always be available on the dashboard of the academy. This will ensure that you never miss a recording or opportunity to tap in, connect, and shift.
Sessions will be a combination of embodiment practices, energetic activations, teachings, and Q&A.
Sessions will vary between 30 - 90 min. depending on the day.
